By using Pixelfy.io ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service provides AI-powered image editing and generation capabilities through a web-based platform.

Service Description

Pixelfy provides AI-powered image transformation services including:

• Image editing using natural language commands
• AI-powered image generation
• Cloud storage for images and projects
• Export and download capabilities

• All subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
• Free tier: 5 image generations per month
• Creator tier: 100 image generations per month
• Pro tier: 300 image generations per month
• Business tier: 500 image generations per month
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Unused generations do not roll over to the next month

• 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• No refunds after 14 days from initial subscription
• Refunds processed through original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• Disputes handled through support@ritmosolutions.com

• Cancel anytime through your account dashboard
• Cancellation effective at end of current billing period
• No penalties or fees for cancellation
• Access continues until end of paid period
• Generated images remain accessible for 30 days post-cancellation
• Data permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation
• Export your images before cancellation

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or edit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content
• Spam, abuse, or overload the Service
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

• You retain ownership of images you upload
• You retain ownership of images generated using the Service
• You grant Pixelfy a limited license to process and store your images
• The Pixelfy platform and technology remain property of Ritmo Solutions LLC
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RITMO SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
